High speed Automatic Slitting Rewinding Machine for packaging materials 

Uses:
The machine applies to slit and rewind cellophane, PET, OPP, CPP, PE, PS, PVC and computer security labels, electronic computers, optical materials, film roll, aluminum foil roll, and craft paper, copy paper, adhesive paper, fabric, laminated, coated materials etc. all kinds film and paper printing of various materials, etc.

Main mechanical configuration:

1. Entire machine’s controlled by PLC, man-machine interface touch screen operation.

2. Unwind adopts Taiwan magnetic powder brake, material’s constant tension control is automatically calculated by PLC through the diameter’s change.

3. Traction rollers are driven by 1 motor. Achieve constant linear velocity control and effectively cut off rewind and unwind tension’s intervened.

4. Rewinders adopts 1pc motor (optional is 2pcs), automatic tension is from PLC’s calculating.

5. Equipped with automatic rewind material’s pushing by robot arm. (as optional)

6. Unwind lift adopts hydraulic & pneumatic auto loading which can save much labor force and shorten time.

7. EPC&LPC makes material’s slitting edge smooth and accurate.

8. The feature of machine is stable, security, efficient etc.

9. Laser lights for help adjust paper cores.

10. Razor knife for slitting.

11. Touch screen languanges can be Chinese, English, Russian etc.
